Supergirl

Rated: PG-13

Runtime 1 hour 48 minutes

Release Date: June 26, 2026

Director: Craig Gillespie

Starring: Milly Alcock, David Corenswet, Eve Ridley, Jason Momoa

In this latest DC adventure, Kara Zor-el, aka Supergirl (Alcock), joins forces with an unlikely companion on an interstellar journey of vengeance and justice when an unexpected adversary strikes too close to home.

This movie, is not good OR bad. Just mediocre. I thought Milly Alcock was good as Supergirl, but plot wise, let's just say that there is no plot! If I was the one that made this movie, I would've taken the plot of the 1984 Supergirl movie, and the plot of Superman Returns, and basically mush them together. That's all that I'm gonna say about that. Parents, click here before letting your kids see it if they want to.

Animal Farm

    Rated: PG

    Runtime: 1 hour 35 minutes

    Release Date: May 1, 2026

    Director: Andy Serkis

Featuring the voices of: Seth Rogen, Gaten Matarazzo, Steve Buscemi

This animated feature from Angle studios is about a group of farm animals that seize power and the farm, without realizing that such a decision would descend into a ruthless dictatorship-filling Orwell's warning about the dangers of communism.

This movie is a kids movie, but the movie I saw was about Greed. I the trailers advertised a movie about a bunch of animals that managed to save themselves from a slaughterhouse. Not one about Greed. Parents, Go ahead and take the kids to this movie just for the entertaining aspect of it if you like. I'm sure they'll enjoy it.

However, I did get one thing about it plot-wise. That is Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach all go on a rescue mission, and that's All that I'm gonna say about that AND, there's one I guess you might call it a "reveal" in the movie that I'm not gonna spoil Just in case you haven't it yet, that I knew was gonna happen.
