Transformers One

 Rated: PG

 Runtime: 1 hour 44 minutes

 Release Date: September 20, 2024

 Director: Josh Cooley

Featuring the voices of: Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Scarlett Johannson

This animated feature is about the origin story of Optimus Prime, and Megatron, who are now sworn enemies, that started off as best friends that bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever.

This movie, I believe is one of the best transformers movies in recent years. Parents, if you want your children to become transformers fans, May I recommend you start with this one. Although, I wanna warn you that there might be some stuff that only Adults might get. But if your looking for something to see with your family this weekend, this one might be a good choice.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

 Rated: PG-13

Runtime: 1 hour 44 minutes

Release Date: September 6, 2024

Director: Tim Burton

Starring: Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Justin Theroux, Catherine O'Hara, Willem Dafoe, Jenna Ortega

In this highly anticipated sequel to the 1988 classic Beetlejuice, The Deetz family return home to Winter River after a family tragedy. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia's (Ryder) life is turned upside down when her daughter Astrid (Ortega) accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife. With trouble brewing in both realms, it's only a matter of time before somebody summons Beetlejuice by saying his name three times, to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.

This movie is not a bad movie, Nor is it a bad on either.
I'd say it's mediocre. Although if your a fan of the original, you'll probably like this one. Parents, I'd keep your little kids away from this film, but if you wanna let your teen see it, I'd click here first.

AfrAId

 Rated: PG-13

Runtime: 1 hour 25 minutes

Release Date: August 30, 2024

Director: Chris Weitz

Starring: John Cho, Katherine Waterston

Curtis (Cho) and his family are selected to test a new digital assistant named AIA, who learns their behaviors, and makes sure that nothing, and no one, gets in their way. I thought it was a ok, mediocre movie. Not as intense as other PG-13 horror films, but there are some jump scares in it. Parents, I'd keep your little ones away from this film, but if your teens wanna see it, I'd advise you to click here before letting them.
