Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

Rated: PG-13
Release Date: June 22, 2018
Runtime: 2 hours, 8 minutes
Director: J.A. Bayona
Starring: Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, James Cromwell

Set three years after the events of Jurassic World, the island of Isla Nublar is being destroyed by it's dormant volcano. Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) must rescue the animals, and bring them to safety. This is a good film, although not as good as the original Jurassic Park, but i think some people might enjoy it a little bit. and, I think I did too. If your into big action summer blockbusters, like this, you might like this movie.

Incredibles 2

Rated: PG
Release Date: June 15, 2018
Runtime: 1 hour 58 minutes
Director: Brad Bird
Featuring: Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Samuel L. Jackson

This is it Folks! The long-awaited sequel to the 2004 animated superhero film: The Incredibles. This one picks up right after that one left off. And in this one, Elastigirl is the one out saving the world, while Mr. Incredible is the one that stays home to look after the kids. Elastigirl now has to find out the identity of the villain, Screenslaver, who hatches a new and dangerous plot.

This is a good family-friendly summer blockbuster, I thought that a lot of the scenes with Jack-Jack were funny, the identity of the villain was rather surprising, and you should go see it!

Ocean's 8 Movie Review

Rated: PG-13
Release Date: June 8, 2018
Runtime: 1 hour 50 minutes
Director: Gary Ross
Starring: Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway

This film is about Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock), the sister of the George Clooney character from the previous movies, comes out of prison after five years, only to commit another heist! She, and her friends manage to steal a very expensive item from an actress named Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway). I thought it was a very wild and weird crime drama. Probably one of the weirdest movies i have ever seen recently! If you like these type of summer action blockbusters, go check it out!

Book club

Release date: May 18, 2018
Rated: PG-13
Runtime:1 hour 44 minutes
Director: Bill Holderman
Starring: Mary Steenburgen, Jane Fonda, Diane Keaton, Candace Bergen, Don Johnson, Craig T. Nelson, Wallace Shawn, Richard Dryfuss

So, this is a movie that I wasn't planning on seeing this film but, I had a $6 reward on a movie ticketing website which I don't want to reveal here on my blog, so I used it to buy a ticket to this movie. It has an all-star cast about four older women that have been holding these book clubs for the past 40 years, they've been have problems with various things and stuff. That is, until they read...gulp...Fifty Shades of Grey (I don't know why the filmmakers chose that book). Then, everything's turned upside down! Everyone in the theater laughed at every single joke thing that happened on the screen. I admit, I chuckled at some of them too. How good is it? I'd say it's on the border between good and bad. And, I think it's a movie that my mom would of liked.
